DOC's complete grape wine kits need no added sugar and give 23L finished wine with as much as 14% alcohol content. The Sauvignon Blanc wine is elegant and delicate with flavors of yellow pepper, banana and melon. A dry wine, perfect for food.

DOC's wine batches have been around for over 30 years and are the leading quality brand in Sweden. We only use noble grape varieties to produce DOC's wine batches and with as much as 8 kg of raw material and special yeast that brings out the grape's character, we produce real quality wines in class with their commercial equivalents.

Grape juice concentrate, sugar, water, preservative E223, Grapefruit, Yeast (E223, E202), Silica, Chitosan.
Allergens: contains sulfides and products based on shellfish.
