Cantina 5-dagars Chardonnay

A classic among the whites - the Chardonnay grape gives a taste of fruity citrus and vanilla and a hint of smokiness and oak barrel character. Can be drunk immediately but best after about 1 month of storage. Makes 21 liters of wine, Yeast and chemistry included.
